We now have 10 indoor spots for classes that keep members 14 feet apart. Here are the rules for attending indoor classes:
You should not attend an indoor class if you have any symptoms of COVID-19, have tested positive for COVID-19, or if you have been in contact with someone who has COVID-19 in the past 14 days. If you have been on a plane we ask that you schedule a COVID test and receive negative results before you attend your next class.
Please wear a mask when entering the gym, in common areas (like the bathroom), and when collecting and putting away equipment. Try to keep a 6 foot distance from other members at all times. You do not need to wear a mask while exercising.
Please bring your own yoga mat for sit-ups. Trust us, your bum will thank you. Communal mats will not be available at this time. Ab mats will still be available.
When you arrive for class you will be checked in by the coach. You will be assigned a station. You should then wash your hands, collect your equipment from the equipment bay nearest your station and go to your station. Use the provided cleaner in your station to disinfect all equipment before use. The coach will then explain the workout and provide demos as needed.
Remain in your station at all times unless the workout requires running. Do not wander around the gym during rest periods. If you must leave your station, please wear your mask.
If there is running in the workout, please follow the one-way traffic pattern. Try to keep a 14 foot distance from other members while breathing heavily.
After the workout please use the provided cleaner to disinfect all equipment as you put it away. Please return equipment to the equipment bay you retrieved it from. Please also use the cleaner provided to wipe down the floor in your station. Before you leave we suggest you wash your hands again.
Please do not leave anything at the gym. Take all wrist wraps, water bottles, shoes etc with you when you leave.
Please also bring water, a yoga mat or towel, and a mask (you will not be asked to wear it while exercising, but you should have one with you).
You may cancel your booking up to 12 hour before the start time free of charge. Bookings cancelled within 12 hours of start time will be penalized. Non-members will be charged a $20 cancellation fee and members will have an indoor pass deducted from their plan.
You may cancel your booking up to 1 hour before the start time free of charge. Bookings cancelled within 1 hour of start time will be penalized. Non-members will be charged a $5 cancellation fee and members will have a pass deducted from their plan.
