new member spotlight: LIttell

Quite possibly the tallest member CFCA has ever seen, Littell has been a great addition to our community! Super athletic, hardworking, and always bringing a positive attitude, he’s fit right in from day one.

Outside the gym, Littell serves as the Head Basketball Coach and Assistant Athletic Director at Emmanuel College, so it’s safe to say he knows a thing or two about teamwork, dedication, and putting in the work.

We’re excited to have him as part of the CFCA family. And with his basketball background, maybe it’s time to bring back CFCA basketball!

What do you like to do outside the gym?

My favorite thing to do is be by the ocean with my wife! Whether I am going to the beach, swimming, or paddleboarding, I am happiest when I am by water. If I'm not near water, you can most likely find me on a basketball court or a golf course. 

What brought you to CFCA?
When I looked for a gym to join, I really wanted to be around good energy. I have a hard time going to the gym and finding motivation on my own. CFCA had a great community, great teachers, and most importantly a high-energy environment no matter what time you're working out! 

What's been your favorite thing about CFCA so far?

Talking with members after Saturday classes! 

Favorite movement or workout?

My favorite movement has been learning how to row. Other members have corrected my form and I have become addicted to perfecting the motion. 

Least favorite movement?

Burpee... Absolute mental and physical killer 

What's one fitness goal you are working toward?

I want to be able to bench 185 eight times 

Coffee, cocktail or both?

Cocktail - no coffee for me.
