"The Daily" is the workout that has been programmed for that particular day. Each day "The Daily" will be run during every class (unless otherwise specified). Workouts are programmed in advance and are designed to keep your muscles and mind from getting bored. Some days you'll feel that cardio burn, other days will focus on strength, often there will be a mix of the two. The best part is that you won't be in it alone. Whether you attend in person or online, you'll have a coach and other members by your side.
Indoor classes are currently capped at 7 members. You must sign up online to reserve your spot at least 12 hours ahead of time. Click HERE to sign up. Failure to attend a class for which you've enrolled will result in a $20 fee. Cancellations must be made 12 hours prior to class time.
Please arrive 10 minutes before class and wash your hands. Please be sure to sanitize all equipment both before and after use.
If you are on a wait list for an indoor class you will be notified if a spot opens up no less than 12 hours before the class begins.
Outdoor classes are a great way to enjoy the beauty of where we live while getting your sweat on! There is no cap on the number of attendees for outdoor classes but we ask that you sign up online at least 12 hours before class starts. We are currently welcoming Drop-Ins at our Outdoor classes. Locations vary and classes are weather dependent so be sure to check your email or in the facebook group for more information.
What to bring: A mat or towel, any equipment you might want to use, water, and a mask (you will not be required to wear it while exercising, but you should have one with you).
Online classes are perfect if you can't make it to the gym. They can be done from anywhere that you have access to the internet. All our indoor and outdoor classes are live streamed online (with the exception of Running Club and Saturday Team).
Modifications can be made to accommodate whatever equipment you have access to.
Links and passwords for the upcoming week's classes will be emailed to members on Sunday. Please do not share the links and passwords with non-members.
Our Saturday workouts have been a sacred staple at CFCA since the very beginning. It's a great way to get to know other community members while starting your Saturday with some sweat. Members are encouraged to bring friends and family to this workout, but please make sure they register in advance. Team will be an outdoor only class for the summer. Click HERE to sign up.
Open gym is a great time to catch up on a missed workout or focus on a particular skill.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer Open Gym at this time. We hope this changes soon. Please check back here for updates!
