This schedule is typically when we'll have classes scheduled each week so you can get a feel of what we're up to at CFCA!
If you're new or never tried a Cross Fit gym before we want you to come in and see for yourself what we're all about. Come see our space, meet the owner, and get a general vibe of our gym and it's members! (Spoiler: We think you'll love it!)
We'll even schedule a free class for you to come and sample one of our workouts before you decide!
This is our Daily Workout that varies movement patterns, modalities and intended stimulus daily. Some days will be strength focused, some will be a mix of cardio and strength and some days will have a particular skill built into the workout. The idea is to keep the programming fresh and varied to keep your mind and muscles interested!
This is the Daily Workout that is for the women of CFCA. The group does the workout together and after, most like to meet at a local restaurant for a meal and a drink! Every once in a while, we take it offsite and enjoy one of our many beautiful spots on Cape Ann. This class is included in the Unlimited Membership.
This is a team style workout that is open to our members as well as the community for a $15/drop in fee. The movements are fun and simple and designed to be done with a team, so if you are new to our gym, it’s a perfect introduction. No knowledge or experience with barbells is necessary, minimal equipment and simple movements are the name of the game on Saturdays. Join us!
Get in, get out, get on with your day. Fit Express is a bootcamp style workout with simple, yet effective exercises to get your heart pumping, and those muscles working. It is a combo of both cardio and simple weight lifting for a full body workout. No barbells, no complicated lifts, and under an hour.
