Our Daily Workout
This schedule is typically when we'll have classes scheduled each week so you can get a feel of what we're up to at CFCA!
If you're new or never tried a Cross Fit gym before we want you to come in and see for yourself what we're all about. Come see our space, meet the owner, and get a general vibe of our gym and it's members! (Spoiler: We think you'll love it!)
We'll even schedule a free class for you to come and sample one of our workouts before you decide!

CFCA
CLASSIC
This is our Daily Workout that varies movement patterns, modalities and intended stimulus daily. Some days will be strength focused, some will be a mix of cardio and strength and some days will have a particular skill built into the workout. The idea is to keep the programming fresh and varied to keep your mind and muscles interested!

STAMINA
TRAINING
Push your limits and build endurance in this high-intensity, functional training class. Combining running, rowing, and full-body strength movements, it’s designed to challenge your stamina and speed. Perfect for athletes of all levels looking to improve performance, power, and stamina.

SATURDAY
TEAM
This is a team style workout that is open to our members as well as the community. The class is free to attend, with an optional donation. In the past, those donations have gone right back to the community - helping cover athletic fees at GHS, supporting organizations like Wellspring, and contributing to other local causes close to our hearts. The movements are fun and simple and designed to be done with a team. So, if you are new to our gym, it’s a perfect introduction. No knowledge or experience with barbells is necessary - minimal equipment and simple movements are the name of the game on Saturdays. Join us!
