Meet Alex!
If you've seen a strong, friendly face around CFCA lately, chances are you've met Alex. A lifelong soccer player and former Gordon College athlete, Alex brings a passion for movement, performance, and helping people feel their best both inside and outside the gym. Originally from Revere and a big fan of the outdoors, he's currently taking a gap year before beginning his Doctorate of Physical Therapy program in 2027.
Alex is now offering small-group semi-private training sessions focused on injury prevention, strength development, and personalized programming tailored to individual goals. His coaching style combines knowledge, encouragement, and a genuine desire to help people move well for life.

Where are you from? I'm from Revere, Massachusetts! I live right in front of Revere Beach.
What's your athletic background? I played soccer my entire life, and I just finished my senior season of NCAA soccer at Gordon College. I've also competed in Track for a few years at Gordon, and mainly ran mid-distance.
What do you do outside the gym for fun? I love going for hikes up in the White Mountains, being outdoors, and making bonfires with friends and family. I've also been learning how to play the guitar.
What's your plan for after graduation? I'll be attending a Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program in May 2027. I'm currently taking a gap year to prepare for this new chapter financially and develop my professional skills as a Personal Trainer and Coach at CFCA!
What motivates you every day? To serve people with movement. I want to be the best Coach and Physical Therapist who helps people to live healthy, active, pain-free lives.
Favorite movement? I LOVE to Squat Heavy.
Least favorite movement? Pull Ups
Favorite athletic achievement? Scoring the winning goal that beat UNE to help secure a spot in the playoffs for Gordon.
What would be your walk-up song? Skillet - Monster
Can't live without? Coffee.
What's a goal you're currently working toward? I'd like to run my first half-marathon sometime this summer or fall. I also want to hike 2-4 mountains this Summer.
