She joined CFCA through a 6-week challenge and absolutely crushed it - showing up consistently, putting in the work, and shedding an impressive 20 pounds along the way. What's your favorite achievement since joining CFCA?
Sticking with it, getting stronger, and dropping 20lbs!

Stone cold silence (Not a song title, literally quiet enough to hear a pin drop)

Power Snatch (mainly because of the name)
Favorite WOD?
Anything with the rower.

Anything with those wallballs.
What is one item you can't live without?
My garden (is that an item?)
What's next on your bucket list?
Get the hell out of this town and be a digital nomad (where there are gardens)
What is your favorite part about being a member at CFCA?
Being a member is making it all possible! Not sure I could do it without the structure, coaching, and community.
What advice would you give new members?
If I can do, you can for sure do it!
