It sure has been nice to Raquel back in the gym! After a brief CFCA hiatus, she is back! And back with a vengeance. Her dedication and consistency made her an easy selection for our Member of the Month. Our coaching staff loves her coachability, willingness to push herself and overall great attitude. Congrats, Raquel. We can't wait to see what's up next for you. #cfca4life

Not really a concert person. My favorite "concert" was seeing The Family Crest at a smaller venue in Boston.

16 shots by Steflon Don - it gets me pumped every time!
What is your favorite thing about the CFCA community?
Everyone wants you to succeed. They motivate you when you're flailing, they don't judge when you have to modify, but they also encourage you to do more when they see you can!
What advice would you give new members?
Listen to your body and your coach; understand the difference between hurt and injured.
