It sure has been nice to Raquel back in the gym! After a brief CFCA hiatus, she is back! And back with a vengeance. What's your favorite achievement since becoming a member of CFCA? Getting back in the gym and being consistent.

What was your first concert?

Not really a concert person. My favorite "concert" was seeing The Family Crest at a smaller venue in Boston.

What is your favorite lift?

Clean and jerk

Favorite WOD - 7/12/22. It didn't have a name. It was great except for the lunges. But if we could repeat that with front squats instead - I'm in.

What is your favorite thing about the CFCA community?

Everyone wants you to succeed. They motivate you when you're flailing, they don't judge when you have to modify, but they also encourage you to do more when they see you can!

What advice would you give new members?

Listen to your body and your coach; understand the difference between hurt and injured.
